Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The above solicitation number will be the contract number and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular through 2 Aug 2010. FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 apply to this action and should be completed. Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) rating of D0A2 applies to this action. NAICS size standard is 50 employees. The U.S Army AMCOM intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order via sole source per FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, to Boardax consisting of the following parts: 12 ea. of Broadax part no. RMS-7855 8U. All responsible sources may submit a capability proposal offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. This requirement is currently funded. Specifications for this requirement are available upon request. Proposals will only be accepted by mail or email.
