- Wage Determination Exhibit E Drawings (Exhibit B - D) Statement of Work - Exhibit A Solicitation This includes placement of food storage boxes and garbage containers at various sites across the Kootenai National Forest. It includes purchase/construction of pre-fabricated pads, leveling of flagged locations with aggregate, placement of pads, and attachment of appropriate bear box. There will be no excavation at these sites, all leveling will be done using aggregate. A pre-bid tour will not be conducted, but contractors are encouraged to visit the sites. Period of performance is expected to be from contract award until 1 July 2011. The the concrete pads can be purchased or constructed as soon as the contract is awarded however, installation work is expected to start in April 2011.
