- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS (http://www.fedbizopps.gov) and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00244-10-T-0460. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-45 and DFARS Change Notice 20100827. It is the contractor ™s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. The NAICS code is 812320 and the Small Business Standard is $4.5. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set aside. The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Seal Beach request responses from qualified sources capable of providing laundry services for the Naval Air Station, Lemoore, CA in accordance with the Statement of Work attached for the following services: CLIN 0001- Laundry Services for the Permanent Party Bachelor Housing, CLIN 0002 “ Laundry Services for the Visitors Quarters. Laundry services for government owned linens for the Bachelor Housing (BH) and Visitors Quarters (VQ) operation at the Naval Air Station, Lemoore, CA. The quantities listed are monthly estimates. Delivery and pick-up location are Bldg 887, 801 and 804. Delivery and pick-up dates are Mondays and Thursdays between the hours of 0800 and 1500. Laundry must be cleaned following California health regulations. Laundry will be returned clean and completely dry. All permanently stained linen and towels will be set aside and returned to NAS, Lemoore. Clean laundry will be returned folded and bundled in packs of ten to help with inventory. Period of Performance: 01 October 2010 thru 30 September 2011. All efforts performed and all cost expended by prospective offerors in providing information requested by the solicitation are not subject to reimbursement by the Government. Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items applies with paragraph (a) completed as follows: Award will be made to the Offeror that meets the solicitation ™s minimum criteria for technical acceptability at the lowest price. To be determined technically acceptable the Offeror must furnish information that demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements stated in the Statement of Work. All responsible Offerors are to submit current pricing, delivery time, payment terms, cage code, Dunn and Bradstreet number, Tax Identification Number and all applicable specifications regarding this solicitation. Provide copies of applicable commercially published price lists pertaining to your company ™s products that meet the specifications, along with applicable government discounts.
