- List of items requested for this requirement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number, F1W3MG9023FA001 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. (iv) The associated NAICS code is 334290 with a small business siz e standard of 750 employees. This solicitation is for Small Business Set-Aside. (v) Please refer to the attached list for items requested under this solicitation. Alternative solutions to the item list are acceptable and shall be reviewed during technical evaluation. (vi) Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson has a requirement to replace its current Zetron Paging system at two locations on base; the base hospital and site R1 North. The contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to remove the existing paging system and turn it over to Air Force personnel, install the new paging system, perform operational system checks after installation is complete, and provide training on general paging theory, components/functions, and maintenance to Air Force personnel (673 CS/Asset Management Office). This solicitation is currently unfunded and is subject to availability of funds. End of Description (vii) The estimated delivery date is 30 days after receipt of an order and shall be FOB Destination PROVISIONS/CLAUSES: The clause at FAR 52.203-3, Gratuities, applies to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Wide Area Workflow https://wawf.eb.mil/ will be the method of submitting invoice after receipt of supplies or services. Please submit the following information with each quote: Cage Code, DUNS number, Tax Identification Number, Prompt Payment Terms, Delivery Time, GSA/VA/Government Contract No. (if applicable), Date offer expires, warranty, Line item unit price, and Total cost. EVALUATION OF QUOTATIONS/OFFERS: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: price, technical capability, and past performance. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawl is received before award. Quotes must be signed, dated and submitted by 17 Sep 10, 12:00 pm, Alaskan Standard Time (AKST) to the 673d Contracting Squadron/LGCB, Attn: A1C Cortney Young. LATE OFFERS: Offerors are reminded that e-mail transmission of quote/offer prior to the closing date and time will not constitute a timely submission of quote/offer unless it is received by the government prior to the closing date and time. Quotations/offers or modification of quotes/offers received at the address specified for the receipt of offers after the exact time specified for receipt of offers WILL NOT be considered (ref. FAR 52.212-1(f)).
