- Please complete and submit the attached bid schedule. Statement of Work/Items Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA4625-10-Q-0070 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Turbo Utility Work Machine and accessories or equal at Whiteman AFB, MO. The NAICS code is 333120 with the corresponding small business size standard of 750 employees. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business concerns. All offers are to remain valid until 30 September 2010. Basis for Award: a FFP contract shall be awarded to the contractor whose offer represents the best value to the Government.
