- Questions & Answers FAR Clauses 52.212-1 & 52.212-2 Exhibit 15 'Patrol Vehicle Requirements' - Ogden Exhibit 14 'Patrol Vehicle Requirements' - Fresno FAR Clause 52.212-5 'REQUIREMENTS' SF 1449: Pricing Schedule SF 30: Amendment No. 0005 Amendment No. 0009 The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1) Refer to revised Standard Form (SF) 1449 for the following changes to Block Nos. 8, 15, 20, 21, 22 & AGS line items (0002A&B, 1002A&B, 2002A&B, 3002A&B, 4002A&B, and 5002A&B); 2) Refer to revised "REQUIREMENTS" which now reads a 30 day transitional period; 3) Refer to revised FAR Clause 52.212-5, which now incorporates by reference FAR Clauses 52.219-7 and 52.219-14; 4) Refer to revised Exhibits 14 & 15 "PATROL VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS"; 5) Refer to revised FAR Clauses 52.212-1"INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JUNE 2008)" and 52.212-2 "EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999)" changes are in bold ink; and, 6) Questions & Answers. NOTE: All final questions shall be submitted to Procurement by 4:00 pm CST on Monday, September 13, 2010. Answers to final questions will be posted in FBO on Thursday, September 16, 2010.
