- Attachment 2 to Solicitation Attachment 1 to Solicitation Solicitation - Newborn Testing Keesler AFB is seeking newborn lab testing as prescribed in Mississippi State Department of Health Title 15, Part IV, Subpart 01. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621511 and the size standard is $13.5 million. The solicitation will be posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov on are about 7 Sep 10. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price contract as result of the solicitation. The solicitation may be downloaded from FedBizOpps since paper copies will not be available for mailing. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. Vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry prior to award with any DoD agency.
