- PR# W11M9102290611 The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Ultrax INC. 4200 NE Sun Court, Lees Summit, MO. 64064-2245; for electronic testing / diagnostic equipment related to their Ux Validator for use with the UH-60. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. All qualified sources must respond in writing not later than 10:00 AM, September 15, 2010.
