Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to make a sole source award to NVerzion also known as Computer Engineering, Inc., of Salt Lake City, Utah, for proprietary Broadcast automation software and support for the IRS Corporate Television Studio. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitations will be issued, therefore, such requests for solicitations will be considered non responsive. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this office is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing via facsimile or e-mail with 10 calendar days of the published date of this notice. Documents over 10 pages in total will not be accepted via facsimile. Verification of receipt of fax and e-mail transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor. Award contractor must be actively registered in Central contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to receipt of award. If no responses are received an award shall be made in the form of a government purchase order to NVerzion.
