- Amendment 1 provides the following clarifications to questions that have been asked about this solicitation/synopsis: 1) What type of Tow Vehicle will be used? Commercial or Tactical, or both? By the time the trailer is fielded, the towing vehicle will be an F-450 Ford dually pick up. 2) What type of Braking System is required? The trailer requires an electrical braking system 3) Do you require Electrical connections for both commercial and/or military Tow Vehicles? We require only civilian 12V electrical connectors 4) Please confirm that you require a combination adjustable height hitch assembly. The trailer only requires a 2 5/16" ball hitch, which does not need to be adjustable.
