# CF0209AC01 - DRAWINGS (SEE SF1442, SECTION J, ATTACHMENT 2) # CF0209AC01 - STATMENT OF OBJECTIVES (SEE SF1442, SECTION J, ATTACHMENT 1) #CF0178AC02 - DRAWINGS (SEE SF1442, SECTION J, ATTACHMENT 4) #CF0178AC02 - STATMENT OF OBJECTIVES (SEE SF1442, SECTION J, ATTACHMENT 3) SF1442, SECTION J, ATTACHMENT 6 SF1442, SECTION J, ATTACHMENT 5 SF1442 APPENDICES SECTION L SF1442 APPENDICES SECTION L SF1442 APPENDICES SECTION L SF1442 DOCUMENT OVERVIEW: The 301st Operational Contracting at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the award of one or more firm fixed-price contracts for construction. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those current through Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 2005-43, Effective 02 Aug 2010 (includes 2005-44, 08 Jul 2010) and Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13, and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20100820 (Amended) Edition. RESTRICTIONS: This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. This acquisition will be made under NAICS code 238210-Fiber Optic Cable Installation, with a size standard of $14,000,000. STATUS OF FUNDING. This acquisition is funded. BID SCHEDULE: Solicitation is for a contractor to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to install fiber optic cable at various locations, between multiple facilities. Installation will involve utilizing existing conduit system and depending on capacity limitations, proposing alternate routing. See attachments for project details and procedures for submission of proposal.This solicitation is composed of two projects and a third may be added. Contractor shall submit each a proposal for each project separately. While the desire is to award all projects to that contractor whose proposal offers the best value, consideration will be given to awarding each project separately. SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled and attendance by interested contractors is HIGHLY recommended. Date and time of site visit can be found in Section M of attached SF1442. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: $250,000 to $500,000
