- Wage Determination Scissor Lifts Appendix 'C' Safety Specifications Performance Work Statement (PWS) Annual Lease/Maint. Four Scissor Lifts Annual Lease/Maint. Four Scissor Lifts This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. See FBO Notes #22. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: The Air Force intends to issue an award for the following service: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, inspection manuals, personal protective equipment and clothing including reflective clothing (belt, vest, etc), hearing and eye protection including prescription safety glasses, safety harnesses, fall protection equipment, lifting equipment and any incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK to lease, deliver and provide maintenance on four (4) ELECTRIC SCISSOR LIFTS for indoor only with solid rubber tires (NO AIR TIRES) MODEL #3246, 32" FT Platform height, 46" Platform width to Tinker Aerospace Complex (TAC) building 9001. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please include all total fees and transportation costs in the Firm Fixed Price amount. Please be sure to include the price listing breaking down the costs. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 532412 with a Size Standard $7.0M. The estimated award date is 14 September 2010. The proposed period of performance is 15 September 2010 - 14 September 2011. Central Contractor Registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determing whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
