Description
This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS). Main place of Operations/Performance is NAMAB, Al Muthana Air Base, Iraq. Performance shall be for 90 days. The PEACE Dragon System Program Office (SPO), Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC) requires CLS in support of Iraqi owned King Air 350 Extended Range Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) aircraft with embedded Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) payloads, Light Transport(LT) aircraft, mission specific Ground Support Stations (including ground generators and environmental control units) thoughout Iraq and be able to provide maintenance, FAA certified/trained personnel, supplies, material, inspections, launch and recovery, contractor owned spares and support equipment. Responsible sources must be able to sustain aircraft/airframe as well as mission critical ISR payloads. Contractor must be able to furnish all services and supplies necessary to manage and support aircraft in a foreign country. Currently the prime contractor is Hawker Beechcraft Corp., Wichita, Kansas. Reprocurement data is not available and is impractical to distribute all applicable specifications with this market survey.
