Description: ITC-PAC Research Project for "Development of Polymer-Fullerene Nanomaterials." The nature of this contract is a grant. However, our contract writing system does not have functionality to make a grant (funding report system problems). In order to facilitate funding, we determined that firm-fixed price contract would be used in support of ITC-PAC's requirement. The fund support contract will be awarded to University of California, Santa Barbara.
