- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q-10-T-0055 is issued as a Request for Quotes. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside and is restricted to small businesses only in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b). NAICS is 334220. Small Business Standard is 750 employees. CLIN 0001: 4 EACH, APX" 7000 Multi-Band Portable Radio. User is capable of multi-band interoperability in one radio and can operate in any 2 of the following frequency bands: 700/800 MHz,VHF, UHF Range 1, offers backward and forward compatibility (FDMA and TDMA), and integrated GPS for outdoor location tracking. Characteristics and features include: 8 hr battery life, Lithium Ion Battery; 6.25, 12.5, 25 channel spacing; 700/800 (764-870 MHz), VHF (136-174 MHz), UHF R1 (380-470 MHz) Frequency Range; OTAR and OTAP; FLASHport Memory; Integrated voice and data; text messaging capable; Digital technology; Conventional, SmartZone trunking, Smartnet trunking System type; IP67 standard; Submersible Include all applicable fees, including delivery; warranty information; and estimated delivery time. Indicate any applicable discounts per line item. Delivery will be to CO C, 1/144th AVN, 104 Lemons Drive, Tupelo, MS 39601. The following FAR provisions apply: FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal. If quoting equal, proof of saliency is required with quote. Salience would be quality, technical capability, warranty, and compatibility. Technical and past performance, when combined, are approximately equal when compared to price.
