- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W81K00-10-T-0358 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44. This acquisition is solicited as unrestricted for NAICS 325413, size standard 500 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The requirements of this solicitation is for various annual reagent testing kits for Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston TX 78234. Required items to be delivered FOB destination.
