- REQUIREMENT: A General Services Administration (GSA) lease presently provides approximately 4,551 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of office and related space in a modern Class A office building in Madison, WI. The Government has continuing need for contiguous office and related space that meets all Government requirements for handicap accessibility and fire and life safety. It has been determined that continued occupancy in current premises will result in less cost to the Government when the expenses of relocation, replication of telecommunications, security, and other tenant improvements are taken into consideration. Occupancy must occur no later than May 31, 2010. LEASE TERM: Lease term is ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. DELINEATED AREA: Northwest - W Johnson Street Northeast - S Pinckney Street Southwest - Proudfit/Regent/Park Southeast - Wilson Street Firms that are interested in commenting on the Government's intent to award this procurement under Other Than Full and Open Competition, or in obtaining additional information regarding the procurement, are requested to provide their written comments no later than 5:00 PM CST, September 20, 2010. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction.
