- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC), on behalf of the Department of Defense Office of the Inspector General, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Softchoice Corporation, 314 W Superior Street, Suite 402, Chicago, IL 60610-3538, the Information Systems Directorate needs this suppor tto bring into productioin project modules to manage Customer Service Systems in the area of Technology, Human Services, and Administrative Logistics through Numara (SoftChoice), as it is the company that developed the software that creates the custom project modules DoDIG is presently using. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance is 24 September 2010 thru 23 September 2011. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541512 with a size standard of $25.0M. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
