- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. WC1SH500236048 is being issued as a Request for Quote, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-45. This acquisition is being set aside for Small Business. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 423810 small business standard size is 100. Line Item 0001: Description: Provide T300 Compact Track Loader, to include Cabin with heat, 7 Pin Attachment Control Kit, High Flow Option, Forestry Application Kit, 84 Combination Bucket and Freight Charge. Quantity1 each, DESTINATION: Fort Richardson, Alaska 99505 Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-- Commercial Items, with quotes. Offeror shall include a completed copy of DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy American Act Balance of Payments Program Certificate, if applicable.
