- i. This is a combined synpsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information inclucded in this notice. This annoucement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. AG-95CV-S-10-0029 is issued as a request for quotation. iii. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquistiion Circular 05-43. iv. This is 100% set-aside for small business. v. Provide one of the following: vi. A Quonset-style, portable storage building, membrane fabric over steel truss, flame-retardant fabric (vinyl), 38x60 ft, enclosed ends with manual winch-operated 16x16 front fabric overhead door, and one 3x7 ft man-door on front end and one manual winch-operating 16x16 ft door on back end. A round over-roof design is required. Building will sit on gravelled ground, attached with tie-downs. The storage building will be used to house large tractors and other farm implements The size of the storage building shall be as close as possible to the stated dimensions, above. The size of the winch-operated doors shall be at least that large. The storage building will be set on the ground with screw-type anchors, however, installation is not part of this request for quotation. vii. Deliver 30 days from award to location provided below. viii. The clause 52.214-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items and 52.214-5, Contract Terms and conditions Required to Implement Statues Or Executive Orders--Commerical Items, apply to this acquisition.
