- (Subject Continued) Control No. SWF 10-56 The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within ten days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Interested companies shall respond to this notice by providing the following information: 1) Company Name, 2) Address, 3) Point of Contact information with telephone number and email address, 4) Cage Code, 5) Capabilities information/statement showing that the company has the ability to fulfill the Government requirement as described herein. The contractor shall be able to comply with all requirements described herein to be considered capable. This notice of intent to award a sole source is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The NAICS code is 541611. FSC code is R499. The size standard is $7.0 million. The Government requirement is for professional management services to help procure public water service to the entrance at Yegua Creek Park at Somerville Lake. The contractor shall provide to the Government a list and description of all requirements and also all necessary information for the Government design team to produce plans and specifications for the purpose of obtaining all permits and approvals required to install a waterline to Yegua Creek Park. The contractor shall provide adequate professional supervision and quality control to assure the accuracy, quality, timeliness, and completeness of the work. OMalley Engineers, LLP is the firm specifically hired by Central Washington County Water Supply Corporation, the only public water utility provider for the area of Washington County in which Yegua Creek Park is located, to work on their behalf. Once the solicitation is released, to be eligible to receive a Government contract award, a firm must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Firms intending to provide submittals must submit detailed information indicating their ability to meet the Governments requirements.
