Please use the attached for quotation preparation purposes until and unless it is revised. QUOTES ARE DUE ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2010 AT 6:00 P.M., EASTERN TIME. PLEASE NOTE FHWA WILL CONDUCT A SITE VISIT AT TFHRC (6300 GEORGETOWN PIKE, MCLEAN, VIRGINIA) on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2010 AT 10:00 A.M., EASTERN TIME. All interested offerors shall pre-register for the site-visit by emailing the participants’ names, titles, phone numbers, and email addresses to Daniel.Feldman@dot.gov no later than 6:00 p.m. Eastern, Tuesday, September 14, 2010.
