Description
Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F3H3G30224A001 is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing post date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. This procurement is a 100% Service-disabled Veteran-owned Small Business procurement IAW FAR 19.1405. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210. The business size standard is $14.0 Million. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following items: Line Items: Repair Airfield lighting vault switchgear in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. If not already registered in CCR, go to WWW.CCR.GOV to register prior to submitting quote. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) CONTRACT BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER PARTIAL BIDS. The clause at FAR 52.203-3 Gratuities (Apr 1984); 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition along with 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (price will be the only evaluation factor); FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, and the clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition; 52.219-27, Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside; 52.233-3 Protest After Award; 52.233-4 Applicable Law for Breach of Contract Claim; 52.247-34 F.O.B. Destination; 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions incorporated by reference; 52.252-2 Clauses incorporated by reference; The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
