- Market Analysis Map WRP Appraisal Specs GRP Appraisal Specs Statement Of Work AG-4310-10-S-0008 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44. Solicitation number AG-4310-S-10-0008 is being issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). This acquisition is set-aside for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 531320. The small business size standard is $2.0M. The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service in Georgia intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. Award will be made to a small business capable of providing a market analysis in accordance with the Scopes of Work for Area-wide Market Analysis for the Wetlands Reserve Program and Grasslands Reserve Program in Georgia. TIME FRAMES/DATE. The market analysis must be completed no later than 40 calendar days after contract award. The Government has 15 days from the date of the deliverables to approve and accept the market analysis report. PRICE. The Government estimated price range for the project is between $25,000 - $100,000. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS. Specific instructions for preparing and submission of proposals are provided in the solicitation. Interested and qualified firms must submit their quotes no later than 4:30 pm (CST), September 28, 2010 to the attention of Linda Andrews, Contracting Officer at the contracting office address listed in this notice. DUNS NUMBER. Please include your DUNS Number in Block 17a of the Standard Form 1449. NOTE: When mailing quotes, please ensure that the Solicitation No. AG-4310-S-10-0008 is written on the front cover of the package or envelope. FACSIMILE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
