Description
Amendment 1: Changed Title to "Indirect Evaporative Coolers" to more closely match the requirement. Clarification: All power specs are requirements due to system being powered by a specific generator. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial products: 0001 - 2 Each, A/C Unit. High Efficiency variable speed EC AF-32-11 motor; 1600 CFM, 200-2177 VAC. 50-60 Hz, 750 Watts. A/C Units must provide 1600 cfm of cooling to wet bulb temp while adding no humidity to the air. Max draw of 750 watts @ 200 vac. Coolerado (Siemens) C60 VS Or Equal 0002 - 2 Each, Exhaust Louver, R-L VR-069 0003 - 2 Each, Speed Control Potentionmeters FOB: Destination for delivery to 4890 S Wickenburg Ave Bldg 7507, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707-7325. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FA4877-10-Q-0747. This procurement is being issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industrial Classification Standard 333412, Size Standard, 500 Employees, applies to this procurement.IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition, all listed by reference in accordance with FAR 52.252-2, Clauses Incorporated by Reference; FAR 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Included by Reference(http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vffara.htm) : The provision at 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal The provision at FAR 52.247-37 FOB Destination The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
