- NSN 2540-01-550-7246-Seat, Vehicular is being bought in accordance with drawing number 19200 13014413. Based on Market research this item is being manufactured for military use only and it not commercial; therefore, the Government will be using FAR Part 15 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested parties may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The require quantity of 6538 each to be shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland PA 17070-5001. FOB Destination and inspection/acceptance at origin is required. This solicitation will be available on the internet at The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 9/29/2010. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100 % option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. http://www.dibbs.bsm.mil/rfp after the issue date of 9/29/2010. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This solicitation is set-aside 100% to small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery. The required delivery is 90 days. This procurement will contain a 100% option. The option delivery will be 90 days from the time the option is awarded. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement of Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English Language and in US Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
