Description
U.S. Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Belvoir, VA intends to award a sole source award for Hewlett Packard LoadRunner Software maintenance Support for the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). As implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) Soliciting competition, Soliciting from a single source. The award will be made as 100% Small Business Set-A-Side, to Spectrum Systems, Inc., 11325 Random Hills Road, Suite 600, Fairfax, VA 22030. This procurement is an annual renewal of technical maintenance support to extend the current level of highly specialized software currently installed. The period of performace for this requirement is 30 September 2010 through 29 September 2011 in the amount of $ 47,113.77 under the North American Industry Classication System (NAICS) Code 541519 - Other Computer Related Services. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest to the Government. Interested parties may identify their capabilities by responding in writing, telephonic responses will not be considered, to sharon.shelton1@us.army.mil. Responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offerors bona fide capability to provide these items. Responses must be received no later than 15 September 2010, 1300 hours. All information submitted should support the offerors capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost to the Government.
