- Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F3HKB40225A005 is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing post date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336214. The business size standard is 500. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following items: Line Items: 1. 1ea - Part # 1-404902 Trailer Utility - UT 1000B, Galvanized, single axle 3500 GVW, - Electric brakes, jack stands, light pkg, wheel chaocks, fold dn rail. 2. 1ea - Part # 1-404905 Coupler - pintle towing eye 3. 1ea - Part # 1-405021 Plug -6 pin round, 8ft cord. 4. 1ea - Part # 1-404931 Swing arm mount for Air Trak 5. 1ea - Part # 1-405315 Power unit mount kit 6. 1ea - Part # 1-405656 Air compressor kit - GS 175 Mono block engine 7. 1ea - Part # 1-405324 Chock mount bracket for GS 175 8. 1ea - Part # 1-401-074 Hydraulic Capstan winch system w/footvalve & collar mount TM301 9. 1ea - Part # 1-400563 Capstan 24in TM 305/24 10. 1ea - Part # 1-400564 Capstan 30in TM 305/30 11. 1ea - Part # 1-400843 Capstain 40in TM305/40 12. 1ea - Part # 1-400552 Extension mount TM306 13. 1ea - Part # 1-406192 Puller Hitch mount for standard receiver TM319 *Brand name or equal meeting the following salient characteristics: 1 ea Utility Trailer meeting or exceeding the requirements below: - Trailer shall be an open-bed utility type, single or dual axle with Sufficient Deck Area & GVWR and GAWR ratings to accept an Air Compressor, meeting these minimum requirements 175-375 CFM @ 90-150 psi (See Below for additional air compressor requirements) - Galvanized Tube Frame Construction. - ICC Lighting Package - Drop-down Rear Deck Rail - Galvanized Diamond Plate Fenders - Storage Chest, Aluminum, Lockable - Deck Area With Flush Deck Rings To Secure an Arnco TM 362-13 Power Unit o ALTERNATE - Front Mounting Plate On Trailer Tongue to Mount TM 362-13 Frameless Skid - Must be able to mount a Air-Trak MD (ARNCO Part # 1-405158) Mini Duct/Micro Fiber Cable installation System (already obtained) on a swing arm system so that maximum versatility is achieved. - Must include an adjustable height Pintle type, 3" Towing Eye with 6-Pole Round lighting connection and Electric Brakes with breakaway system. - Must include 7-Pole Warner Round trailer connections. - Must have the capability to mount Hydraulic Capstan Winch System w/foot valve control for safe hands free operation. - Square Receiver Pocket, 2" To Transport Arnco TM 301 Winch - Mounting Post or Cradle to Transport 30" or 40" diameter Capstans 1ea- Industrial/Commercial grade compressor meeting or exceeding the below requiments: - Must be easily capable of or already mounted to the above trailer package. - Compressor rating shall be 175 CFM minimum, up to a maximum 375 CFM @ 90 psi minimum up to 150 psi maximum. - Compressor shall be equipped with an air after-cooler to reduce compressed air temperatures to as close to ambient as possible. o Alternately, a portable add-on air cooler will be considered 1ea- Hydraulic Capstan Fiber Optic Pulling System Requirements: - Must be able to connect to ARNCO TM 362-13 Hydraulic Power Unit (already obtained). - Must be portable allowing user to set up in different configurations. - Must include an extension mount & puller hitch mount for standard 2" receiver hitch. - Must include multiple sized capstans: o 1ea - 9" capstan o 1ea - 24" capstan o 1ea 40" capstan Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. If not already registered in CCR, go to WWW.CCR.GOV to register prior to submitting quote. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) CONTRACT BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER PARTIAL BIDS.
