- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the Department of Treasury, intends to issue a sole source purchase order utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to CQ-Roll-Call, 50 F Street NW Washington, DC 20001, for a subscription to CQ Today Online, CQ Weekly Online, CQ Congressional Transcripts, Financial Transcripts, Floor Video, Hot Docs, CQ Budget Tracker with daily email newsletters, CQ Committee Markup Reports, CQ Committee Amendment Text, CQ Bill Track, CQ Bill Text, CQ Committee Reports, CRS Reports, Congressional Record, Congressional Testimony, CQ Floor Votes, CQ Public Laws, and CQ Custom Alerts. The purchase order will represent a renewal to the agency’s existing subscription. CQ Roll-Call is the only provider of comprehensive, real-time, authoritative legislative tracking and monitoring available. The content is updated daily and includes federal legislative bill text, analysis, commentary, legislative updates, email alerts – all fully searchable – as well as customized databases of legislative documents spanning multiple Congresses, for both House and Senate bills, reports, drafts and related government documents. The period of performance for this requirement is October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011 with four option year periods. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received within 3 days after the date of this notice with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
