Description

RECOVERY: ARRA Infrastructure Funds. Architect/Engineer will provide schematic design through construction review phase services for Building 52, Ice House. A/E will provide site and landscape design for the Shepherd Parkway, they will also provide schematic design for the West Access Road bus stops for the USCG Headquarters. A/E to provide construction document thru construction review phase services for the utilities implementation at the St. Elizabeths West Campus. This Special Award Notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration, National Capital Region, has issued a Modification using the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Funds to add funding to an existing Contract No. GS11P05MKC0045. The project is the Design of the United States Coast Guard in Washington, D.C. The ARRA Modification PC45 to this contract is issued to obligate Contracting Funding.
