Description
RECOVERY ACT ACTION FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE OFFICE THE DIRECTOR (OD), OFFICE OF RESEARCH INFORMATION SYSTEMS (ORIS), eLECTRONIC RESEARCH ADMIISTRATION (eRA). In accordance with FAR Part 5.7 Publicizing Requirements under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) this is a notification of a modification to an existing, competitively awarded fixed priced delivery order using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding. The contract is for IT Professional Project Support Services and was previously competed and awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 8.402 Federal Supply Schedules. It is the intent of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to award a Delivery Order - number HHSN-276-2010-00485U to DLT Solutions (DUNS #786468199) under the NITACC Vehicle ECS. The Contractor shall provide software licensing and maintenance to support the ARRA Archive/Purge Project that will provide the ability to archive or purge (as appropriate) its historical grants data to improve the performance of its transactional database used for daily business operations and to ensure compliance with federal regulations governing records management. This task order requests technical services to assist the Office of Extramural Research (OER) with the execution of NIH grant support implementation of the required NIH oversight related to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) at NIH's institutes and centers supported by OER. The scope will benefit all of NIH, as well as AHRQ, CDC, FDA, SAMSHA and VHA. This notice is for information purposes only. This is not a RFQ nor is a RFQ available.
