- Statement of Work This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3560242A001. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-43, Effective 02 Aug 2010, DCN 20100908, and AFAC 2010-0903, effective Sep 03, 2010. This acquistion will be solicited as Total 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561110. The business size standard is $7 M. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is R699. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 8741. Requirement Description: Travis AFB intends to award a purchase order for Loan Locker / Special Needs Playroom Equipment Coordinator The requirement is as follows.... CLIN 0001: (1000 HR) Loan Locker / Special Needs Playroom Equipment Coordinator Services will be performed in accordance with attached SOW. Period of Performance: 30 Sep 2010 - 29 Sep 2011 Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
