Description

Justification For Other Than Full and Open Competition Memo The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB, FL intends to award a sole source to MTS Systems Corp. for MTS Material Strength Test Machine. This announcement constitutes the only notice. The government believes this requirement is sole source. The reference number is F4AB000238A001. The NAICS code for this requirement 334519 and the size standard is 500 employees. The purchase will be made under the simplified acquisition procedures, other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1, and Statutory Authority: 10 USC 2304 (C) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 This notice is neither a request from competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers.
