Description

Justification Solicitation HC1028-10-T-2313 DISA/DITCO intends to issue a purchase order for the procurement of developer and end user software licenses for the renewal of the Cognos 8 Business Intelligence (BI) and the Cognos 8 Enterprise Planning (EP) software suites for DISA CFE. The period of performance will be 01 October 2010 through 30 September 2011. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304( c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software and support renewal must complete solicitation HC1028-10-T-2313 and submit it via email to lynn.buss@disa.mil. Responses are due by 2:00 P.M. (Central Time) on 17 September 2010. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered. The NAICS code is 511210 for this procurement. Justification is also attached.
