Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to conduct a sole source procurement with Decision Modeling Inc (DMI) Suffern, NY. The IRS is currently using the DMI InterestNet application which requires an upgrade that only can be obtained from the manufacturer, DMI. DMI does not allow other companies to maintain their software. The Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may provide a written response to this Notice, to be received by the IRS by no later than 12:00 P.M. (EST), September 17, 2010. Responses that clearly demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements and that is more advantageous to the Government will be considered. However, the final award decision lies solely with the Government in this matter. Any questions should be directed to Margaret Baker, Contract Specialist, in writing, via e-mail: Margaret.Baker @irs.gov. If no written responses are received that clearly demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements the IRS will negotiate with Decision Modeling, Inc.
