- This action is a Request for Information (RFI) only. It is a request for market research information purposes only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bid of Request for Proposal and should no be considered as a commitment on the part of the Government. Please note that all submissions are to be sent to ESC by 1700 EST on Friday, 24 September 2010. The main objectives for this RFI are to solicit information for a sustainment capability for the deployed PRMS v2.1.5 software and Help Desk support located at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, MI, and the establishment and support of a problem resolution, testing and evaluation site and support for the CONUS COOP site.
