- Description
- Arnold Air Force Base (AEDC), Tennessee, has a requirement to purchase a heat exchanger system that will properly control the temperature of gaseous nitrogen (GN2). This is a non re-circulating unit. Please register as a source to be notified of Request for Proposal (RFP), amendments, etc. when they are posted on FBO. It is the responsibility of the vendor (even those registered as a source) to check the FBO website frequently to ensure they have all the available information prior to proposal due date and until contract is awarded. Vendors will not be contacted individually when amendments are posted. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT 30 SEPTEMBER, 2010. The contract will be awarded utilizing Price-Past Performance Tradeoff (PPT) with Technical Evaluations. Please review the solicitation and attachments for all source selection information. The ANTICIPATED RESPONSE DATE for the solicitation is 2 November 2010. The anticipated award date is 9 November 2010 with an anticipated delivery date of March 2011. After the solicitation is posted, vendors may submit questions in writing via e-mail, fax, or regular mail to the Point of Contract listed below. Vendors may offer an alternate delivery schedule in their proposal if the anticipated delivery date cannot be met. When evaluating the price portion of the PPT only the price provided in the proposal will evaluated. Vendors are to register in Central Contractor Registration at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx and Online Representation and Certifications (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx. Funds are available for this project.
