Description

SF-1449 Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. This is a Total Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors should submit quotations. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562111, and the small business standard is $12.5 million. This solicitation number is SB1341-10-RP-0126 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to award a contract to furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to provide waste and recycling removal services to the NIST site in Boulder, CO. The performance period of this contract will be from November 1, 2010 through October 31, 2011 with (4) one-year option periods. See attached RFQ.
