- Description
- The contractor shall provide/furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, uniforms and materials necessary to officiate intramural sports events held at the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB) Fitness Center facilities. All officials must be members of the National Association of Sports Officials (NASO) or of a state registered sports officials association for the sport being officiated. The Contractor shall supply a copy of each individual's respective certification/ membership to the DMAFB Sports Director a week prior to the individual's working/officiating their first game. Sports to be officiated are softball, basketball, volleyball, and flag football. The subsequent award will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. This solicitation is Service Disable Veteran Set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification Code for this solicitation is 711219. There are experience and qualification requirements for this project that will be outlined in the solicitation documents. The solicitation may be issued electronically on or about 15 Sep 2010 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.eps.gov, with a proposal receipt date on or about 22 Sep 2010. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all solicitation documents.
