Description

The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), Dallas, TX 75247 intends to award a sole source firm fixed price delivery order (under contract HSSS01-06-D-0005) to Motorola who will provide all equipment, transportation, labor, and management necessary in order to upgrade the existing Motorola analog radio system in San Juan, Puerto Rico to a digital format. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations and no solicitation will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence of their ability to provide timely and effective products and services. This notice will close and award will be made for this commercial item as of 12 noon CDT, September 22, 2010.
