- FUNDS AVAILABILITY FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT; HOWEVER, A REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY10 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30, 2010. ALL QUOTES NEED TO BE VALID UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30, 2010. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside Solicitation FA4419-10-T-0131 is hereby issued as a FOB Destination Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. This acquisition is classified under North American Industry Classification System code 326192. The size standard is 750 Employees. In order to be considered a responsive offeror, the offeror must qualify as a Small Business under NAICS CODE 326192. Please ensure that the offeror's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) reflect the business size under NAICS CODE 326192. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be issued in writing. Altus AFB, Oklahoma has a requirement for the Replacement of PMEL Flooring. Award will be based on price and technical acceptability. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside. A site visit will be conducted on 07 September 2010 at 10:30 AM at Altus AFB.
