- RECOVERY - This procurement will be firm-fixed price and is funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 and is subject to reporting requirements of the Act. TAS No. 14 9/0 2101. Project No. D35N21. Solicitation No. RA000910512 is amended as follows: 1. The response date is extended to September 22, 2010, 4:30 p.m. Local Time. 2. A site visit is highly recommended. Contact Mr. Brian Dillon, Principal, or Mr. Raymond Levins, IT Staff, at 928/781-6226/6227 for a site visit. 3. The following specifications are included to the Solicitation: EQUIPMENT: A. Main Copper Distribution:-Utilize existing 50 pair cable between Admin Building and Academic Building -Install 1-25 pair cable from Admin to Alternative Learning Center (Building #1164)-Install 1-25 pair cable from Admini to Buildings #1157, #1167, #1165, and #1370-Install 1-25 pair cable from Admin to Buildings #1161, #1162. and #1163-Install and terminate 1-25 pair protector at each Buildings MPOP-Install 2-100 Pair Protectors at Admin MDF-Test and Certify all newly installed cable-Provide Visio as-builts and cable certification upon completion B. IDF Copper Feeds-Install 1-25 pair plenum rated copper cable from each of 8 buildings MPOP's to each buildings new IDG. (Buildings 1157, 1164, 1167, 1165, 1163, 1162, 1161, 1370, and Gym). -Install 1-25 pair plenum rated copper cable from MPOP at Academic Building to each of 4 IDF's within the Building.-Install 1-100 pair plenum rated copper cable from MPOP in Admin Building to new MDF location. In Admin building, extend buildings new cable backbone to "Phone System" data rack and terminate on dedicated "voice" patch panels, (6-24 port patch panels)-Terminate all extended copper feeds from MPOP's to IDF's on 24 port cat5e patch panels and dedicate to voice. (As listed on line item's 1 & 2).-Test and certify all newly install cable-Provide visio as-builts and cable certification upon completion C. Additonal Voice Drops-Install 1 new wall mount open data cabinet in buildings 1162, 1163, 1167, 1370, and 1165.-Install 1-enclosed 2x2 wall mount enclosed data cabinet in farm building-Install new 12 port LIU's in buildings 1162, 1163, 1167, 1165 and 1370-Re terminate all strands of fiber optic cable in buildings 1162, 1163, 1165, 1167, 1370-Install new voice drops as follows: (utilizing cat6 plenum cable)3-1163, 3-1167, 2-1157, 2-1370, 2-1164, 2-162-Install new voice drops listed above to new IDFs and terminate on cat 6 patch panels.-Test and certify all newly installed cable-Provide visio as-builts and cable certification upon completion D.
