- ERDC Contracting Office intends to solicit sources and pricing under the authority of FAR 13.500 for Purchase of WinSQL Professional licenses. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures --- only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than Tuesday 21 September 2010 - 11:00 A.M., CDST. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Interested parties may submit quotes for consideration by the Government to amanda.andrews@usace.army.mil. Please use solicitation number referenced in the subject line. The Information Technology Laboratory, Software Engineering and Evaluation Branch (SEEB) require WinSQL Professional software. WinSQL is a universal database management tool that can be used with any relational database to perform administrative tasks such as importing/exporting data, generating test data, reverse engineering an existing database, comparing schema and data between databases or simply running SQL queries. The WinSQL Professional software has unique capabilities that will be beneficial to the SEEB.
