Description

PR#27485121, ISSUE DATE 1 OCT 2010 / CLOSE DATE 1 NOV 2010 This solicitation to result in a firm fixed price definite quantity contract for stock for NSN 1560-01-152-0838, Duct Assembly, Air C. The solicitation contains no option. Item Description is in accordance with Meggitt Thermal Systems CAGE 14711, P/N 30A299. The solicitation is issued other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The intended source is Meggitt Thermal Systems. The item is critical application and configuration controlled. Solicitation is issued unrestricted with the following terms: PRLI 0001 Quantity 7 each. FOB Destination, Inspection Acceptance Destination. Higher level inspection requirements apply. Delivery 180 DARO. Ship to Stockton CA, 95296. A technical Data package is not available at DSCR.
