Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with or attached to this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-45 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. śTHIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION ť; this requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. The Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) Albany, Georgia intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price, Requirements type contract for this requirement. The services will be solicited and awarded as a Performance Based- Commercial Service in accordance with procedures prescribed in FAR Parts 12 and 13.5.This contract will have a base year and two (2) option years. Only offers received from certified small businesses will be considered for award. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code 336312 Injection Systems and Parts, Automotive and Truck Gasoline Engine, Manufacturing - Size Standard of 750 employees applies. The government reserves the right to make one, multiple, or no awards resulting from this solicitation. Notes: 1. Individual Delivery Orders will be issued against the resulting contract for large quantities, 50 to 600 per delivery order. The requiring activity (MCLC Maintenance Center, Albany), will notify the Contractor when pumps are available for pick-up. 2. Desired delivery is approximately 15 to 30 per week once performance of the delivery order has commenced. Offerors shall indicate the estimated maximum quantity that they could receive and return in a seven day calendar period based upon the per fuel injection pump price offered. 3. Ship to Address: Marine Corp Logistics Command, Maintenance Center, Albany, GA 31704. FOB Destination is required.
