- CLIN 0001 Six (6) each Wresting Mats (see attached picture) to include the following: RSP600-1 Wresting Mats 38 ft x 38 ft, Three Tone PA-Red/WA-Bright. Blue/White Lines, 1-Color 62 letters on the competition side of each mat, 3-Color 6 ft logos (5 on 1 side/3 on reverse side) each mat, 1-Color 6 ft letter logos on reverse side-2 on each mat, solid 10 ft circles on reverse side (4 on each mat), additional tubes for existing mats, additional mat straps, mat storage covers, mat tape-12 rolls 4 in tape per case, mat cleaners-4 gal per case, mat repair materials-RK420 Repair Kit, Mat Transporters-RMT-3, Mat Storage Systems-Wall Rack Will be delivered to Oregon Military Department, 1776 Militia Way, Salem, OR 97301-6888 Vendor must include name, point of contact, telephone no., fax no., email address, tax id no., duns no., cage code, and delivery date on the quote. Evaluation Factors: Technical and past performance, when combined, are significantly more importance, when compared to price. The Offerors must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Centers at 1-888-227-2423. Only contractors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Offerors proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors proposal. 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items (Jan 1999) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the lowest priced offer which is both technically acceptable and shows satisfactory past performance.
