This award will be made to Apple, Inc. and is under North American Industry Classification System Code 334119 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. This sole source action is being accomplished under the authority of FAR 13.501. This notice is NOT a request for quote. However, interested companies shall submit to the contracting officer a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 10 pages in length, single spaced, and 12 point font minimum) demonstrating ability to perform the requested requirement at or before 1:00 PM (CST), 18 September 2010. Any information received will only be considered for the purpose of conducting a future competitive procurement. The contract award number is FA4417-10-P-0177 in the amount of $12,213.00.
