- RECOVERY PER FAR 5.7, THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY; THERFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNIY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER W91278-09-D-0017, Mike Hooks, Inc. The Mobile District Corps of Engineers intends to issue a second Firm Fixed Price modification to a Task Order No. 13 under contract number W91278-09-D-0017 which has been awarded on January 22, 2009, an IDIQ contract which was fully competed and established in accordance with FAR Part 14. This contract is for the Rental of Cutterhead Pipeline Dredges for Dredging in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida, which has already been competed and awarded as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. Recovery Act approved project for dredging on the Apalachicola, Chattahoochee, and Flint (ACF) River System in various counties in Alabama.
