Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The General Services Administration on behalf of the Department of Veteran Affairs Financial Services Center (FSC) intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 13 for a period of performance of 12 months with one 12 month option. This procurement is being conducted under FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Plexis Healthcare Systems Inc. is the only known source able to provide maintenance license subscription services for the Plexis Claims Manager (PCM) software. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.
