- MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE OF X-RAY SCANNER. Solicitation Number SP470310Q0105. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) Richmond, VA intends to issue an award to Smith's Detection for a sole-source requirement to provide for the annual maintenance service for one Hi-Scan X-Ray Machine located at the Defense Supply Center Richmond (Richmond, VA). This requirement will utilize Smith's Detection proprietary software and hardware that only the manufacturer is capable of upgrading. Period of performance will be from October 1, 2010, through September 30, 2011. This solicitation will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. This is an unrestricted requirement. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811219 and the size standard is $7,000,000.00. See government-wide numbered notes 22.
